Homegirl hails from the Boogie Down Bronx and though she's more of a backup singer to me, I really am feeling her style. A MUST listen is "Lac Strollin". It has a smooth summery melody and her vocals are perfect. She's done some stuff with The Cool Kids too but it's not better than this. Definitely check out her cover of "Walk On By".Walk On By by Tennille
