Anthem of the Night: "Tick Tock"

Rolling through downtown with one of my sisters and this joint came on the radio and was so sexy that it became the anthem of the night. That soulful cruise ship voice belongs to the British native Lemar. He's been in the game since '03 and already possess three platinum albums. This track is technically a throwback since it's off of his 2007 album The Truth about Love. This track samples Color Me Badd's '91 hit "I Wanna Sex You Up". I know I'm not the only one in love with him so go cop his compilation album The Hits right now.

I remember a time when music videos were actually funny. Well I'm glad to announce that the New Boyz have brought it back with their new video "Break My Bank". I honestly don't care too much for the song but I love heist films so I'll groove to it if it comes on even though I was disappointed with the ending. They could have been halfway to Mexico but no, they want to work together. #tragedy. This is the debut single to their sophomore album Too Cool to Care which drops late this September. Bonus points to anyone who can name which movie the retro security guard is from.
